Dawn is a long time resident of Johnston County, originally from Prince George’s County, Maryland. She has over twenty five years’ experience working in management, customer relations and marketing for large corporations such as IBM and McDonalds. She realizes the importance of customer service and acknowledges that that is the key to any business’ success. Dawn holds a Surety bail bond license with the North Carolina Department of Insurance. She is also a member of the Greater Smithfield-Selma Chamber of Commerce. She enjoys spending family time with her husband and three teenagers. She loves to ride motorcycles with her husband, travel, decorate and shop!

Niki is a native of Pitt County, yet transplanted to Johnston County in 2004. Niki previously owned and operated his own trucking business for twelve years before the desire to become a bail agent. He understands the importance of day to day operations, customer service and accountability. Niki holds a surety bail bond license with the North Carolina Department of Insurance. He is also a member of the Greater Smithfield-Selma Chamber of Commerce. During his spare time he enjoys his family, traveling, attending motorcycle events
