Dawn Holden-Daniels
Owner / Bail Agent
Dawn is a long-time resident of Johnston County and originally from Prince George’s County, Maryland. She brings over twenty-five years of experience in management, customer relations, and marketing, having worked with large companies such as IBM and McDonald’s.
Her background taught her one key lesson: strong customer service matters. Dawn believes that listening, patience, and honesty are the foundation of any successful business.
She is a licensed Surety Bail Bond Agent with the North Carolina Department of Insurance. Outside of work, Dawn enjoys spending time with her family, riding motorcycles with her husband, traveling, decorating, and shopping. She is also a proud mother of three daughters and a grandmother.

Niki Daniels
Owner / Bail Agent
Niki is originally from Pitt County and moved to Johnston County in 2004. He has been a professional truck driver since 1996 and also owns DNA Transport and Recovery.
His experience on the road and in business taught him the importance of responsibility, accountability, and day-to-day operations. Niki understands how important clear communication is when people are under stress.
He is a licensed Surety Bail Bond Agent with the North Carolina Department of Insurance. In his free time, Niki enjoys being with his family, traveling, and attending motorcycle events.

Our children have grown up watching this business operate from the inside. They have seen what it takes to run a small, family-owned company built on responsibility and effort.
